club living From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/23/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   hello neighbors and future neighbors,my husband and I have resided here 15 months.there have been good and bad experiences. like there will be anywhere you go.we do live in unfortunately an imperfect world.I really do think the good outways the bad here.yes we pay on average anywhere from 150.00- 200.00 per month more than the area market. but think about me personally i enjoy clean new carpet,hardwood floors,a built in computer niche,washer and dryer.and the way our entrys are set up you really do get a condo like feel here . I would refer to future prospects.now the constuctive criticism. yes the office staff could be a little more upbeat and friendly, but they probally wish we would be less complaining also. so far when i have had a maintenance request it has been addressed the same day .
