BEING CONVERTED TO CONDOS From: Flipfloppingrealestate Date posted: 8/18/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I have several friends who told me that The Club of the Isle is going condo. A property manager at another complex verified this because they learned of it when they were doing a market survey. This complex was just sold to a realty company. So, DO NOT SIGN A LEASE unless you want to move again in a year. Listen up UTMB students!!!!
