I think this apartment/condo complex or whatever it is today will bankrupt. It is a complete mess and even the realtor staff has basically given up selling them as condos. It would have been very wise to keep them as apartments; however, the owners sold to a condo development company just before the housing crisis. Bad move for the condo developers. I don't live there anymore but everytime I drive by or am in the area, I stop to see what is going on with it. Nothing, it appears. Hardly anyone lives there and it seems that the pool area is a public recreation area for people from other apartment complexes nearby to party at. The gates don't work either and seem to have been down for quite some time. Too bad, there were OK as apartments interior wise except the build quality needed significant improvement. Selling them as condos won't work and judging by the lack of upkeep, the owning company is in desperate straits to sell it or figure out where cash flow will come from.

I live here now but will be moving soon. They seem to have lowered the standards for their renters.(Desperation I suppose) I used to feel relatively safe here, but with all the new (and sometimes scary) people moving in, I no longer feel safe. They throw trash and beer bottles wherever they feel like it. The people that live below us plays their music so loud at times we can hear it over the TV. I know that these aren't uncommon problems for living in an apartment, But the rent they are now charging is a JOKE. I haven't had many dealings with the people in the office but I do see the way they have let these apts go. The hallways are filthy, trash is everywhere, security lighs work for awhile and then they don't, the gate breaks down alot, there is rust on most of the railings. They are selective in what rules they enforce. The letters they put in our doors threaten fines and towing, but the problems never change. While I have mostly enjoyed living here, I will be glad to move.
I agree with you that they will probably go bankrupt. That's a shame.

i personally think most of the trash comes not from us regular renters, but from the vacation rentals they have here. i guess from what i understand.. they sold a few of the apartments.. and are in a vacation rental pool. i have issues with this.. because the is no criminal background done on these people!! we have no idea who is staying next to us...where is the safety in that???
