All previous reviews for The Dawn are all prior to the conversion from apartments to condos. We have all many units available for sale and would be happy to tour anyone at our property. Upgrades include ceramic tile, granite countertops, stainless steel appliance package in the kitchen, washer/dryer. We also boast two resort style swimming pools, fitness center, and clubhouse, not to mention gorgeous view of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.
