I've lived here for 6 years, there are a few problems that I've had living here, My car broken into twice in 2 years, but then the management and the local police cleaned out the drug dealers and crack heads around the neighborhood, it was nice again. If you have kids, watch out! People like to speed through the parking lots, give maintanance a break, because they only have two guys John & Luis, who busts their rumps trying to fix problems on a daily basis. One gripe is, I think our apartment is crooked, meaning the foundation might need some repair, the doors have gaps, and the electric bill is outrageous for a small two bed apartment. The lack of storage space is a big gripe. If your single, this is a great place to live, if you have a family, not so great. The management here are wonderful and friendly, the neighboors are ok, sometimes they can make some noise but, thats apartment life.
