Not a bad place From: birdman18_01 Date posted: 12/11/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   I have lived here for a few months and enjoy the neighborhood. Quite place with nice neighbors. Everyone is polite and peaceful. Have never seen the poice here nor are the grounds ever dirty. Close to the beach, hospital, coast guard base, ferry, shopping, and anything else one might need to be around.
