Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2005
 
The staff, all 2 of them...are nice, but I suspect they are understaffed and trying to save money. It isnt' the best run place in the world, and as a previous tenant I can vouch for the fact that repairs can take a while. I think they only had one repair man at one point trying to do all the work. Overall if you're looking for a place there's definitely other well run places, and for cheaper too.
