Ebbtide

Caution! From: vldiaz Date posted: 11/1/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I am a resident of Ebbtide apartments and I must say this is by far the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. Any little storm that comes through will cause the power to fail. Management is friendly but the property owners are just money hungry jerks who don't care about the tenant all they care about is your rent money. Just a little of a week ago they start repairing the roofs here at Ebbtide and management left us notice the the A/C may be turn off during the day but would be restored at night, Friday afternoon after the roofers left the A/C was still not on so I called management and I was told the didn't know when the air would be turned back on. Needless to say we went four day without A/C with no warning or compensation. I am really glad I only signed for 6 months I am currently looking to move as soon as my lease is up. My advice to any who wants to know if they should move to Ebbtide apartments would be not to do it your money would be better spent else where.
