I have lived here for 6 months. I thought in the beginning that it was going to rough because the ceilling started leaking. Well as soon as i let them know they temporarially fixed it until the rain stopped and then they got to work on it. Every issue i have had was addressed in a timely manner expect a plumbing issue which was the plumber not the apartment staff. They were trying to get someone in even though they both had the flue. The new manager is so awesome. The maint. guy is great too. They have 2 people full time and they have others that come in when needed.The prices for rent are great they include all utilities (gas, electric, water). Only thing i don't like is there is on;y one laundry facility which has 3 washers and 4 dryers for 5 buildings, i usually don't have a problem with getting laundy done here there is usually atleast one washer and dryer available.
