I have lived in this apartment complex for 2 years. I have seen it at its worse. There were leaks and terrible management. For the past 6-8 months, the complex has seen some great changes. The new manager is phenomenal. She is truly concerned with the needs of the tenants. The new maintenance man has proven his weight in gold. He is always punctual and the repairs are done right. I will admit there are still problems with the upper management (the owner and his family), and there are still a lot of repairs that need to be made, but the price to live here is inexpensive. The bills are included and the apartments receive new carpet with each tenant. The place is quite and neighbors are courteous. If you have a problem with noise, the new manager will not hesitate to put a stop to it. Also, the laundry area just got new machines this week. This place is also walking distance (about 10 min) to UTMB, saving lots in gas. This is an ideal place for UTMB employees and students to live. The price is good and overall, it is a good place to live.
