I have lived in this apartment.
Its good place to live, nice neighborhood.
But the managment is not consistant.
Even if you have logical complain, the managment does not respond.
They promise but do not deliver.
e.g.
if you have pest issues, roches, and complain, they promise to send exterminator, but they never turn back.
Now in the aftermath of hurrican Ike, its more than a week and they are not available on the property, not even on phone.
We have our apartments and stuff rotting and smelling, but managment is not around.
Other property managmnets have already started the cleaning work on their properties but not our.
We are now frustrated.
Only God knows when will they return.

I also live in the Ebbtide apartment but I left I was wondering if you can tell me what kind of damage did we receieve, water, power, etc.. I try contacting the office but no one answer
