ok, but could find better

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
It was nice being close to the beach and within walking distance of stores and restaurants. There was not a big problem with bugs. The heating and a/c is very old and never works. The office staff was friendly, but not very proactive. It's not ghetto, but there are nicer places to live for the same price range.
