Just Awful! From: Laura88 Date posted: 7/30/2003 Years at this apartment: 1997 - 1999   I lived here for two years and experienced nothing but grief! I asked them to repair the following: 1. Walls molding 2. Tiles in bathroom falling apart 3. Leak in ceiling coming from upstairs, damaging many of my personal items. 4. A/C constantly going out. 5. Exposed wiring under my sink. 6. Water heater leak, flooding my ENTIRE apt., damaging my furniture. It literally took these people over 3 days to do anything about the flooded water in my apt. I was sloshing around in water, when I decided to place a stop payment on my rent check. They tried to bully me, saying I couldn't do that. When I sent them photos of the poor condition of my home by certified mail, cc'd to the Texas Apartment Association, and the Tenants Association, they finally dropped the issue and fixed my apt. Two months later, I moved. They did send me my FULL deposit back. I think they know they did a lousy job. I would NEVER recommend this place to live! Perhaps it's improved some since I've lived there, but from what it looks like on the outside, I doubt it!
