I just found out, four years after living here that these apartments are trying to charge HURRICANE damages to my credit! Back when Hurricane Rita hit, we had to evacuate. When my husband and I came back, our apartment had flooded downstairs because our chimney had been blown away. There was black mold growing all over the walls and the carpet was still squishy. When we went to the office to tell them about the damage, we were told we were the lowest priority. That apartment wasn't even livable anymore!
