The maintenance guys are cool and all but response time is outrageous. 2 months for a simple call, come on. I agree when you walk in they all smile and say we will put the request in. Then all you can do is wait for eternity. I will say this when you have an air conditioning problem they are pretty fast. Ive been waiting for nine months to get things fixed. Overall things here are good. Afew bad seeds. Diane in the office is understanding and cool. But if you can find another place to live please do.
