Great location on the bay with boat canals, long fishing pier, sand courts, scenic property and staff is pleasant. Problem is the oowners and management company. They have let the place deteriorate by negible maintenance, don't enforce the rules, put occupancy before tenant screening, etc. It is really sad when this could be a cadilac property and they are letting turn into the equivalent of section 8 housing.
