I lived at Island Bay for one year. In that time my car was backed into and badly damaged, it was then keyed a month later, it was then egged. I didn't even know anybody for them to be destroying my property. My AC broke on several occasions and it took maintenance several days to come fix it. I heard noises in the wall but never knew what it was until I read the reviews. One good thing was that I never had bugs. I lived toward the back on the top floor. The final thing that did it for me was the murder over a drug deal in the parking lot and then a young girl knocking on my door at 3AM because her boyfriend was trying to kill her. Yea thank god my lease was up a month after that. I would live in my car before I moved back there.
