Depends which side of the complex you live on!! I've lived here for 2 years, on the side with the canals off of Jones Dr. This side is alot nicer than the back apartments off of Heards Ln.- the back side definitly needs remodeling. I've never had any bug problems, rodents, or problems with the management.
One thing that I have to address is that they don't have an "adults only" pool. They have 3 pools, they could make one adults only. People bring their families, their extended families as well as friends with kids & the kids take over the pools & stay in all day with no rest room in sight. People swim there that don't live there. Its annoying.
