Management is crap they promise & promise and never get it done until you tell them you are calling the Health Dept. or Marvin Zindler. They use undocumented workers that don't speak english and you can not get them to understand your maintaince problems. They always use the excuse I'm new here or they laugh at you when you tell them rat poop is on your counters and couch. I told these people they hsd better get their act together or I will sue these ghetto apts. I pay my rent before its due and I keep my apt clean with a housekeeper!!
