I moved out 04/15/07 I had lived there for about 2 1/2 years at first it was ok but after a while everything started to go wrong after thay got all new people to run the property. My stove went out they never came to fix it, my guest bathroom sink was stopped up and they never came to fix it. It started to grow mold under the sink and they never checked in to it. At first they used to put notes on your door to let you know what was going on in the apartments but now they just act like they really don't care what the tenants think as long as you pay them they rent. I used to call everyday because something needed to be fixed and do you think they came. NO! But I must say one thing when Dianna was there she made sure things got fixed when they were suppoed to.

I lived there 2 to 3 years and it just went downhill. The caliber of the tenants declined, work crews of 5 or more piled into one apartment, noise late at night, no control over who used the pools, in addition to above comments. Lack of maintennnance has created serious hazards. City needs to do a health and safety inspection. Be careful when you move they try to change your move-out date after you leave and collect additioanl monies.

I lived across from the pool, and when I first moved there I thought it was a good location, but as the apartment went downhill the pool became the worst part about my apartment, every weekend it was hell.. 20 rowdy people in the pool screaming and yelling with loud music. We couldnt enjoy the pool as tenants (when most of the people who crowded the pool were friends of one or two tenants) and had to deal with the screams and loud music it produced. SO GHETTO
