Lousy management and maintenance

My family and I have currently live here and HATE IT! I have had SEVERAL things go wrong in my apartment and reported it numerous times in writing and by phone, still nothing has been fixed. They quoted us wrong on our rent and we now pay a higher amount than expected. There is a air condition line leaking in our tub turning the tub brown. Our neighbor is a drug dealer, VERY OBVIOUS! I have even spotted a mouse that runs from under our dishwahser to the restroom 3 times. When I looked under the dishwasher I noticed that there was a huge piece broken off from the bottom where you can see pipes and wiring and holes to the wall. In the restroom behind the toilet where the pipe leads to the wall was another hole that was ductaped by the complex. Aside from that, everything is falling apart and management doesn't even care. I can't wait to move out!!!

That is so weird because everything you just said is happening to me. I saw a mouse which almost looked like a rat. Scared the blank out of me. I have complained over and over again about my AC not working my roof craved in once my whole apartment flooded and you can tell about the drug dealing. I do not feel safe at all. I have found holes in the kitchen as well. I HATE this place but I have a lease and I am so thinking of breaking it because I feel my safty is more important. When my apartment flooded I took pictures, put them in a letter and told them that if it was not taken care of in 3 hours I was going to file charges on them. Well it was done that day but why should anyone have to go through that to make someone do there job.

Just this past week I have hired a whole new maintenance staff. Both the new lead and assistant maintenance come with many years of experience and wonderful references. I deeply apologize to all that have had maintenance issues that have gone unresolved. I would like for you to come and meet with me in the office and I will gladly put you on priority and resolve ALL of your issues. I look forward to meeting with everyone.

easier said than done to just move out.. they will charge you and put it on your credit.. .my friend had to take them to court because they did not refund his deposit.. the judge make island bay pay him back his deposit x3!!! if anyone wants the corp numbers.. i finally found them....
