Lived in # 1514 for a year and am glad I didn't stay any longer; Look at all the others who have someting to say about Island Bay Resort - it's pretty much all negative and with good reason. Personally, it's very , very poorly staffed and service is less than credible or satisfactory - I got ripped off for hundreds of dollars because of the two faced manager/assistant manager and owners. They'll smile and assure you that they'll take care of it ( what ever the problem may be ) and as soon as you're out the door so is their solution to your problem - no matter what it is. The maintenance is really cool and will help you when they're allowed to, but other than that , the place is just like most other apartment complexes on the island - a smile , a lease ( that works entirely in their favor ) and a disappointment. I suggest walking around the place and talking to residents (w/out any of the staff there to hear them talk)then you'll hear a variety of stories that will will be the truth.

easier said than done to just move out.. they will charge you and put it on your credit.. .my friend had to take them to court because they did not refund his deposit.. the judge make island bay pay him back his deposit x3!!! if anyone wants the corp numbers.. i finally found them....
