Ilived there for 4 years on the second canal The apt was adequate but the maintenance was piss-poor. After Ike they cut the wealls up to the high water line and left the rest of the dry wall intact. I used a mirror and flashlight to look up into the wall. I found 5 colors of MOLD, some growing like Spanosh Moss. If you value your life DON'T MOVE IN !!!!!! There were two (2) murders there in the 2007& 08

I think that you are mistaken I live here and I do not have any mold. The people that live here now are nice and I wouldnt live anywhere else-

Y ou need to learn how to spell little pecker and find out the facts first hand. Whats facts do you know about some murders? Do you know that they were dumped there not killed there it's people like you that keeps so much drama going on.

Who the hell cares if they were dumped there. The car was sitting in the apt. parking lot for 3 months before a resident's dog sniffed it out. Then maintenance had to do something about it and call the police. There were 2 dead people in the parking lot for 3 months and manangement didn't notice? Security gates were open all the time. Stay away from this place. ps don't get me started on the drugs and kids stabbing each other. I should have called CPS on those people.
