Lakeside At Campeche Apartment

Bad contract From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/24/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   There is no buy out option. If you have to break the lease for some reason (loose your job, spouse dies) you will be responsible for the remainder of the rent, no matter how long you have on your lease. They want they're money$$!! The girls in the office and real pretty and they love to flirt with guys, but that's the hook to try and get you into the apts. One of the girls is so hot, she wears a thong in the pool in front of the office pool to entice guys to move in. The maintence is pretty good. But watch out for ants when you move in. Roaches really are not a problem. The appliances are really old! But you do have a nice space for a wash/dryer hookup. There is only one enterance to the community. The gates are cheep wood poles that come down. People ram them all the time and you'll find them laying on the ground at least once a month. If you work at UTMB, you only get half off your deposit, not 10% off rent like most other apts in Galv. This is one of the better apts on the island, but watch out for that contract! They will get you!
