we cleaned our whole apartment, vacuumed, Windex, Orange cleaner, you name it, but they told us it was filthy and wouldn't give us our money back. We actually had to pay extra. Becuase we knew we were going to move into another apartment in the future we wanted good reviews as resiendent so we paid.
