From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/12/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   Most common problems or annoyances are the bugs (ants, flies, gnats, silverfish, and spiders, etc.), noise, parking, maintenance. Be prepared to have to clean your apartment when you move in and take care to prove that you cleaned when you move out...I advise taking pictures and have a witness. The apartments are old and need a lot of updating; so it should be expected that management claim that tenants pay more on top of losing the deposit when they move out. And since the gate is a joke, also expect solicitation.
