I lived at this apt. in 2002-2004 and was sorely disappointed in every aspect. Electric bills were extremely high and maintenence complaints were met with poor attitudes from the staff (pretty typical from one in particular) and took weeks to fix. At one point, the ceiling in my bedroom was coming down and growing mold-I took pictures and documented the date staff was notified (took a month to repair). I definitely agree with the "do not expect your deposit back" statements from other reviews. I actually had the head manager walk through with me to ensure I would receive a good rating she told me "we want residents like you who care to leave things nice". A couple of weeks later, I received a prorated deposit, I called and was told that I left my place filthy. I did counteract and finally received my full deposit. I strongly feel this was not a good place to live.
