Lakeside At Campeche Apartment

Maintenance From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/16/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   I was told that the maintenace here was great...top of the line. Little did I know that after moving in I began to notice some problems occuring. The temp jobs to hide the flaws began to show. Now that I am here that great maintenance I heard of is yet to be seen. They tell me they have a lot to do, yet everytime I see maintenace they are hard at work around the office... having a smoke and just relaxing. I noticed that my tile wasnt laid correctly and as a result it now lifting and cracking. There are a lot of other issues I have found and are still in the effort of resolving them. We shall see!' The location is nice and it gets you away from the traffic and hustle of the main part of town, but if you decide to come here don't bite off on the maintenance line. They don't have enough people to take care of the ageing equipment that they refuse to replace. I would recommend this location only because it quiet and not in the ghetto!
