The staff is always friendly and helpful.
I do feel completely safe here and would refer a friend or family member to live here with clear conscience.
I love the grounds palm trees hibiscus plants gardenia bushes.
The 3 pools are great if 1 is crowded you have 2 others to chose from.
They always have something going on at the clubhouse. I am taking a Rape Agression Defense class this month. It is put on by the Galveston Sheriffs Dept.
Last month they had a bar b q for the residents at the main pool. fun fun fun they had games, prizes and a dj

BS the pools where filthty had larvy living in them, hottub turned green and stayed that way,no parking sheriff called out 3 times in one week
