Horrible Management, Poor living

I have lived at Lakeside for about 3 1/2 months and have regretted it since we moved in. Our first complaints were the day we moved in, this apartment wasn't even properly walked through or repaired in between the previous tenant and us. Carpets are curling up, black mold in bathrooms and master bedroom. In the bathrooms, there are water stains all over the ceilings along with cracks from water leakage. Bathtubs are in poor condition as well. Doors stick and come off of hinges with the smallest tug. Very poor building. Something is always breaking and nothing is ever done about it. It has taken the full 3 1/2 months for our complaints to be handled. Out of the entire management I am only happy with one person. Everyone else is very rude and unaccommodating. If you have complaints and continue to ask for it to be fixed you are seen as a "pesky tenant". Also, the whole towing my car for some made up reason doesn't make me too happy. They say we have to have a sticker in order to park in the lot is ridiculous, I have never seen a single car but ours with a sticker. It's almost as if they pick out certain tenants to torture with their made up "but it was in the lease contract (NOT!)" rules. Oh, and don't call their corporate office on them or your life will REALLY become a living you-know-what. I thought this place was supposed to be "Voted Galveston's #1 Apartment Community", if this is the case I would really hate to see what the rest of the island's apartments are like.
