Still broken

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007
 
Both of the hot tubs have been borken for months. They keep telling residents that they will be fixed. Yeah Right! They advertise paddle boats, but those are broken as well. Maintenance is slow, depending on where you live, parking is a hike. Grass is only mowed once a week instead of twice like at others.
