Lakeside At Campeche Apartment

It's okay From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/20/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   We had a 14month lease on the place. I love dogs but the nighbors that I had whenever they walked their dogs, they left the feces on the breezeway. I live on the 2nd floor and after climbing the stairs it was daily that I had to walk past dog S***. Management never did anything about it; also there were two cars that were parked in the best spot "under the shade" but the cars never moved, one finally got towed but the other stayed. I moved out and the truck was still there. Pool is ok, typical of what you'd find at an apartment. They have no fitness room, if you want to work out you have to drive about 1-2 miles to the club they have an arrangement with. The office will give you a day pass, but go early because if they run out when you go, you're out of luck. Maintenance was ok, sometimes it took a while, sometimes it was fast. It is a big complex, alot of students, coast guard and police officers. It's relatively safe, however the front gate was fixed one time and broke again and never saw it get fixed.
