Nursing and Medical students stay away!!!!!

If you area nursing or medical student I strongly discourage you to come here. You need to live in a place that creates the least stress possible. This place causes lots of stress. The walls and cealing are paper thin, so you hear everything. If you are unlucky enough to get a loud neighboor, say goodbye to your quiet study time and your sleep.
Here are some other problems: The plugs do not work (no electricity running through them or the electrical outlet is too big for the plug); the windows leak, especially during storms; thin walls and cealings; insulation is bad so you will pay a high electric bill (2 bedroom=140.00 during the winter monthts, I am not looking forward to the summer!) parking is not good; lots of cats on the property, so it smells like cat urine when it is humid.
The apartments are about 30 years old so there are many repairs that need to be completed. I think the issue is that the aparment company is not willing to dish out the money to cover the repairs to make this a nice property.
Remember, you are only seeing the model aparment, you will not be living in the model aparment. You may be better off renting a small effiency near the Strand. At least when you look at those apartments you get to see the actual place you are going to live in.
If you do decide to live here like I did, just sign a 6 month lease, get the smallest and cheapest apartment. A month or two before your lease is up, start looking for apartments and get out of the place!
