Renter be ware if you move in to this place. The insulation of the place is really bad. I payed 200-300 dollars for the electric during the months of December-June for a 2 bedroom apartment. I tried keeping the @ 80 degrees, but then I started smelling mold comming from the AC vent system. The walls are too thin and you can hear everything your neighboors are doing. Many of the plugs did not work. The telephone wiring also did not work. And they are constantly repairing the water pipes.

Thank good I got out of that nightmare of an apartment. However, my nightmare is not over because now they sent me a bill for 150 dollars they are charging me for cleaning. So where did the deposit go' maybe they should have charged 275.00 instead of 125 dollars. But maybe that would limit the type of clientele that moves into that place.

So if you move into this place, do not recomend it, be ware that you may end up dishing 150 dollars for cleaning....

Like I said, thank God I only signed a 6 month lease!
