The past 6 months for my husband and I have been like out of a nightmare at this horrible place, To start off with, I almost lost my life to an electrical mishap on this apartments end (VERY OLD APPLIANCES) then to note, I CAN HEAR EVERYTHING MY NEIGHBOR ABOVE & BESIDE US IS DOING. Also, VERY POOR maitenance staff, none of them can understand or speak english and when they come to your apartment and you try to tell them whats wrong they just look at you like you're the dumb one for SPEAKING ENGLISH in TEXAS, GIVE ME A BREAK. We are at our ends with this place right now after the last 3 months, we have been sweating out this heat in hopes our electric bill would be normal only to get a 400 dollar bill the last 2 months and 450 this month, Please keep in mind we both work and dont get home until well after 5:00 pm and we have a small 1 bedroom!!!!! We dont use the air conditioning anymore because they are VERY old and the apartment staff doesnt do any kind of maintenance on them whats so ever. If you enjoy throwing your money down the drain on high electric bills due to a very cheap apartment complex, MOVE HERE! Please be smarter about your move, I've had nothing but problems from day 1 starting with the attitude of the office staff all the way down to my bedroom window seal falling in because of the storm, If you walk through the apartmwents, You'll see towels-cups and various other absorbent devices in most windows because at any sign of a storm or rain, THEY LEAK ALL OVER YOUR stuff, PLEASE dont put anything close to your bedroom windows if it shouldnt get wet. ALSO, IF YOU LOVE CATS & THE SMELL OF CAT URINE & FLEAS OFF OF THEM This is your perfect getaway (everyone sets food out for the hundreds of cats but yet they dont want to treat them for fleas or anything that involves having a pet) I JUST WANT A PLACE TO CALL HOME I DONT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT STUPID LITTLE THINGS I HAVE BEEN THROUGH AT THIS PLACE.
