Liked before the storm but it sucks now.

Liked it b4 the storm but not now. Mold in a/c ducts. Black. Lord only knows what type. And one of these old stoves is going to burn the place down one of these days bc they are always short-circuiting. Don't expect that your maintenance issues will ever be fixed correctly. Everyone I know here says they just fix their own things as best they can bc what's the point in putting a work order in.

The appliances here are such a joke. I didn't know antiques were all the rage now. I had a fire start in the stove we had when we first moved in, they said it was the stove itself. So they replaced it with another stove just like it. That's real smart. The rent prices are so stupid. Especially these "updated" apartments. Ok yeah, they appliances are A LITTLE newer and nicer, but the rent increase isn't worth the fake laminate wood floor and cheap-o fake wood blinds. I'm not too keen on having to shell out over $ 100 to have new blinds installed when their crap ones break just opening them.
This place is such a hell hole, don't let them trick you into signing a lease here.

I warn you they'll also blame any problems on you. There was no grease on my oven eyes when they exploded on me nor would that cause it to short-circuit but they at first said they'd give me anew stove then they sent the guy over with a new eye and said oh there's grease on here that's why. Multiple maintenance requests due to the repairs never being fixed or breaking days later again are treated as if they are your problem. I was told to stop dropping in every day with multiple maintenance requests when it literally took them ten times to fix a leak under my sink. Every time they came over they said "I don't see a leak" and the water was there dripping into the bowls. They also walked right up to yellowed water stains on the ceiling and said "I don't see anything" again. Really don't know what htey are trying to pull other than trying to shift the blame for their incompetence on the residents.
