BIg apartment, TRASHY buildings & Grounds

I love the spacious apartment & love the inside of my apartment... the outsides are disgusting. They are trashy looking, no upkeep to the buildings, poorly painted stairwells & walls. I call it GHETTO. Very trashy outside, people have no respect for the environment. I really shouldn't be paying the amount of rent for the atmosphere, not worth it.
