Good sized apartments with reasonable rent. The "good" stops there. Poor management, terrible parking and my car has been broken into twice in less than a year. You pay for a gated community, but for the last 6 months both gates have been broken and are standing wide open. The stairwells are falling apart. The plaster is falling off the ceilings, the metal stairs and handrails have rusted almost completely through and there is paint all over the concrete. Maintenance does not exist. It usually takes about a month and 4-5 phone calls to get anything done. I would NOT recommend anyone live here.
