Nice place, extremely poor management From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/13/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   Have really enjoyed the apartment, views, etc. But when one has a problem, especially after hours, forget any type of service. It should be a criminal offense when one's A/C goes out, in the summer over the weekend, to not have repairs performed immediately. They are too cheap to have a service company, but rely on in-house maintenance. This occurred more than once, did not return phone calls and were basically uncooperative.
