horrible landscaping From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/23/2002 Years at this apartment: 1995 - 2002   the management/ and owner appear to not want to keep up property for example:the stairs are unstable throughout apartment complex they are also rusty.landscaping is over grown and not being taken care of .the kitchen cabinets are falling apart. if any one knows how to contact the city abotu the stairs please do so .thank you
