Not worth it! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/23/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I have lived here almost a year. Overheard someone talking about the rent being raised from 700.00 to 1025.00 per month, 2 bed room 2 bath, since they are "renovating" the property. Still have not received anything from management, but did call and confirm the rent increase is correct That is a 50% increase, right now during construction the construction workers are living in the empty apartments on the property and hanging out when they are not working , with I am sure no back ground check, appear to be illegal aliens. very unnerving!!!
