No longer worth it. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/23/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   When I first moved in to this complex, I was thrilled, I had waited over a year to get in! Not only did I get to move into the complex I had held out for, I got a GREAT deal!! I have a 2/2 for a great price! I was told the new owners wanted to keep the tenants that had been with the complex. Then I find out rent was being raised by over $300.00/month AND you have to re-pay the application fee and move into another unit. The management doesn't care about how loyal you have been, as proven to me. The management isn't concerned about helping past tenants stay. The electric bills are OUTRAGEOUS!
