I was sold...cheap apartment with all new furnishings, kitchen and bathroom. EVERYTHING was installed shoddily. Everything is falling apart. My kitchen counter is separting from the backsplash by several inches! The brand new D/W is already broken. Maintenance sucks ass. They come into your apartment anytime they please too. They knocked when I was home alone, and I didn't answer b/c I didn't want to be in the apt alone with a scary man, and he put his key in the door and came in anyway!!! I called the office immediately and of course they said I was wrong...and they are right, as usual. There are roaches, spiders, and I've even seen a possum in the parking lot. I haven't seen any rats, although I've heard other ppl say they have. The manager is the biggest ----- I have ever dealt with, hands down. She'll tell you: if you need anything just let her know, and the moment you sign the lease... ur ----T. She will go out of her way to screw you over, not help you out. It's like she gets her jollies off watching ppl come in the office happy and leave enraged, or furious with her. I have seen two women walk out of the office crying after talking to that -----. And the leasing agents are nothing but her minions. The mosquitos are a BAD problem, and good luck getting a screen door so you can open your house up & keep the mosquitos out in the spring and fall to save money. Mine has been on "back order" for 5 months! Cmon...how hard is it to get a damn screen door' And the electric bills are outrageous. I have a small 1BR, electric = $240. I realize you get what you pay for, but the manager is such an unhelpful ----, and no matter how cheap, no one should have to deal with that!
