I fell for the hype here, hook line and sinker!! Since I have moved in, there has been a fire (due to construction!!) rats, construction workers living near us.. learing at my wife!!! The manager changes every other day it seems, the only good thing about this property is Marla!! She is the only one who seems to truly care but even with that, she can only do so much!! The new manager thinks she is above everyone, and loves to talk down to residents!! This is the worst mistake I have ever made!! My ceiling has leaked in the bathroom from my neighbors above me!! The apartments smell like mold!! When I moved into my "brand new apartment" it had several problems...electrical outlets not working, a/c are not new (so high electric bills!!) cable not working.. and don't think you will save money on your electric by opening the windows.. because there are no screens on the window, and I have had 8 flat tires due to nails in the parking lot!!! Also, the outside lights never work, so when my wife comes in late at night, I have to go outside with a flashlight to walk her in!! In the evening times, you will be eaten alive by mosquitos!!!!! They swarm by our doors due to the lake!!! I CAN'T WAIT FOR MY LEASE TO EXPIRE!! RUN DON'T WALK FROM THIS NIGHTMARE!!

I Moved out in March of 2005 when they were just getting into the renovations, and kicking everyone out so they could renovate. There were "Construction" workers living in the vacant apartments 6-10 of them in one apartment at a time. After work they stood around outside drinking beer and leering. I can't believe they are still doing renovations. On New Years Eve the right before we moved out we had company and had a parade of rats walking up our balcony during our New Years Eve Party, it was mortifying.
