From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/13/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   You get for what you pay for. Nice rent range if you're looking for something inexpensive. The carpet is one step above concrete. The shelves are cheaply installed ( I have had 2 fall within the cabinets) I had a mouse crawl through the dryer space hole!!! It has a nice lake view and fireplace, but the third floor is poorly insulated during the winter months. Laundry room is very scary :(
