Great place, nice new management From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/20/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I've lived here for a month, and I'm shocked to see the other reviews. It is an older complex, but they're making a lot of renovations, and I've been pretty happy here. All the appliances are brand new, the pool's awesome, and the lake view is amazing. Regarding the actual building, it helps that the office staff is genuinely friendly and helpful. Once, an outlet in my apartment didn't work, and the maintenance guy fixed it within an hour. And when I first moved in, the washer connection needed to be checked and they did that right away. I don't know about how the laundry room is b/c this is one of only a few complexes on the island with washer and dryer connections, so I just use my own, which is a plus. I really think you should give it a chance and at least take a look at it. I'll keep you posted.
