Great Place!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/17/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   New management!!! lol.. the people here are great.. when we first moved in the management wasnt helpful at all but there is new management! i'm a first time renter and so far this place is great! Leasing agent was very nice and this apt. is one of the nicest on the island(i've looked at quite a few). New appliances, paint , everything looks great.. i will def . be in these apts for awhile!!! And rent is good.. discount if you are utmb employee!!!
