loved it, now ready to leave From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/13/2003 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002   I was a resident for 2 years at Seaside Point. We went through many management changes until we were staffed with a manager who actually took the time to listen and act upon our complaints, Ms. Jones. Now we have a new manager, what happened to Ms. Jones, who knows, I just went in one day and she had been replaced by another uncaring, unattentive person. The apartments are severely becoming run down and in need of paint, and TLC. I will stay until the ned of my lease then will search for another place to call home.
