So would you like to move into an apartment with a great view' Seaside Point would be perfect if it wasn?t for numerous factors. At first, it seems like a great place to live, management seems nice, but wait until you need something fixed and it doesn?t get done after the first time you ask...someone needs anger management classes and it isn?t me!!! Here, the mold grows outside (even on the office--if you look here, ask to go out the back door and look down to your left..nice huh') and inside apartments too. Of course, management (which is not Ms. Jones anymore) doesn?t seem care. I guess they like to chase their residents away after getting their hard earned money. I mean, why should they care, people are moving in all the time (and out as soon as they can), but management gets her pay check so next con please. It gets worse...wait until the people in the apartment complexes across the street break into your vehicle. Sure we have an access gate!!and it?s open most of the day, anyone could come in and wait until it?s dark, lighting isn?t the greatest so that makes it easy and there are plenty of places to hide. There?s a fence, but people easily get under them, cut them, and climb over them as many have. If you have any laundry to do, watch out for that person on your floor (and across the street) that likes to steal your underwear and other clothes! Yes, the people across the street not only like to break into our cars, they like to use the FREE washer and dryer (and you get stuck with the water bill). Most of the time I?ve lived here, one of the elevators did not work at all and the other has always been a terrifying ride (now the other is fixed, it?s also like that), I have heard it even fell when maintence was it in one time. Would I rather walk up the steps filled with all that rust and mold' NO! Make sure your shots are up to date if you do! The carpet is very poor quality, the bay window/sliding door lets too much heat in during the summer and too much wind in during the winter and that equals a very high electric bill and crapy run down carpet. Like bugs' It?s like an insect circus available 24/7 right in your own home; we have fire ants, roaches big and small, firebrat or silverfish'', you name it, residents live with it. "Spaying" doesn?t help if the if the terminater doesn?t show up. One more thing, people please pick up your dog?s ---- and piss on the elevators, grass, walkways, etc.! The sad thing is, I?ve only named a few things. So if you want to find out more about what?s wrong with this place, I invite you to move in; I?m sure you?ll HATE every second.

I agree with you completly. I live at aimco apartments but at 6111 ridgeway. They have not cleaned up dead rats from outside on the sidewalk when asked, they lay out there for a week or more. They dont't have a clue what the are doing financially. They say we owe over 100 dollars more than we do and then say that they will tac on a late charge 2 weeks after rent was due and we already overpaid them. They don't know how to take care of their residents, finaicial responsibilities, or their maintenance responsibilities. They need to learn how to run a business before they try to
