Parking: There is plenty of space because the complex is largely empty, but cars are broken into all the time. My car was twice damaged by the apartment maintenance/repair people: once while piling debris right next to it, and once by painting directly over it.
Noise: I could easily hear my neighbors through the wall. The complex is usually quiet because most of the apartments are empty.
Safety: The gate did nto work in the 1.5 years I lived there. One stairwell collapsed. Elevator often stuck.
Maintenance: My electricity and airconditioning were out often. I was shocked by my dishwasher. Washers/dryers generally broken. Water not hot. Maintenance would claim to have fixed things which were not done.
Management turnbover spectacular. Four managers and numerous assistants in teh 1.5 years I was there.
